DESCRIPTION Automatic carton forming machine that automatically forms the lower part of the boxes at a speed of 12 cartons per minute. The Speed Former 50 SB is an automatic card former. Automatically forms the bottom of American-type cartons, for batches of the same size, folding the four lower flaps. The forming of the base is carried out in the most complete reliability thanks to the perfect synchronism of the closing levers (movements). Formacartoni has a forming speed of up to 12 cartons per minute. The electro-pneumatic devices allow a perfect shaping and squaring of the box with total safety and guarantee. MACHINE OPERATION A gripping head with suction cups, operated by a Venturi group, picks up the box from the side magazine holding it during opening, which takes place through a contrast system. The box is closed with adhesive tape. All adjustments are performed manually via flyers. This model is available in the right or left version. Operation management takes place via Siemens PLC with touch screen. The automatic carton form is available with motorized carton storage up to 1700 mm and in stainless steel AISI 304 version.
