Product overview
The Pack Former 50 SB is an integrated station for box forming, tape sealing and strapping. It combines a box forming unit with a pusher cylinder, a dual-head taping module applying two central tape strips (upper and lower), and an integrated strapping unit capable of applying one or two parallel PP straps. The module uses two motorized lateral drive belts and includes an outfeed roller accumulation conveyor. Box transfer speed: 22 m/min. Powered by compressed air and electricity.

Operation and main components
The taping module applies two adhesive tape strips on the upper and lower central lines to ensure reliable sealing and flap alignment. Rollers guide the box to the strapping unit (model Speed Strap) which feeds and welds PP strapping automatically. Photocells for box detection are movable to set the spacing between straps. The station runs on combined pneumatic and electrical power and is designed for continuous operation in industrial packaging lines.
