Overview
The Easy Form 50 SS is a semi-automatic stainless steel carton erector designed to form American-style (4-flap) boxes by folding and holding the four lower flaps to facilitate operator filling operations.

How the carton erector works
The operator inserts the flat box into the machine at an angle and presses down to fold the front and rear flaps. The box is then pushed forward to activate pneumatic side-flap closers that hold the bottom closed during filling. After filling, the operator manually closes the four top flaps and conveys the box to the sealing station via the roller table.
