Overview
The PM605XP is a 24V brushless motorised roller for conveyor systems, engineered to convey light to medium loads (recommended up to 500 kg). It delivers very high starting torque suitable for order-picking, distribution and assembly lines, and for automated warehouses using shuttles or trolleys.
Integrated controller and installation
The electronic control board is housed inside the roller body for compact installation and improved protection. Wiring is simplified via an M8 connector, enabling fast integration and reliable operation in dusty or wet environments.
Control options
The PM605XP supports control by PLC, ASi‑Bus (via Bihl & Wiedemann modules) or by logic sensors with integrated ZPA (e.g. Wenglor). It can be interfaced with external controllers for flexible system architectures.
