Product overview
The brushless motorized roller PM500XP integrates the control circuit board and gear-motor inside the roller to ensure sealing, save space and simplify wiring via an M8 5‑pin connector. It is controllable by PLC, ASi‑Bus via a Bihl & Wiedemann module or by logic sensors with integrated ZPA (e.g. Wenglor). Designed for conveyor lines handling light to medium loads (up to 300 kg), it is suitable for order preparation, distribution, assembly lines and automated shops with shuttles or trolleys requiring high starting torque. The PM500XP is adapted to demanding environments (liquid, dust) and can be managed in pairs via an AS‑Interface module for ZPA convey control.
