Overview
The PM500XE motorized roller is designed to convey light to medium loads (up to 300 kg) for order preparation, distribution and assembly lines. It suits applications requiring compact drive units and performs reliably in harsh environments with dust or liquid exposure.

Integrated controller & installation
The control circuit board is integrated inside the roller body, enabling compact installation, simplified wiring via an M8 connector and improved protection of electronics and mechanics. Optional cable assemblies with M8 5‑pin connectors are available for fast electrification.

Control options
The PM500XE can be driven from a PLC, via AS‑i Bus with a Bihl & Wiedemann module, or via logic sensors with integrated ZPA from Wenglor, offering flexible integration with existing automation systems.
