Overview
Designed to fill fluids, concentrates and particulate products, the AF200 CLASSIC aseptic filler provides "steam only" sterilization of the filler head(s), full sanitation via an automatic clean-in-place (CIP) system without chemicals or sterile gases, a redesigned head system for high production speed, an aseptic filling chamber that can be opened without loss of asepticity, and PLC-controlled self-diagnostic operation for integration in industrial lines.
