Description

Overview
Our versatile line of hybrid evaporators processes super-hot, high-viscosity products such as tomato concentrate. The Hybrid Evaporator combines features of forced-circulation evaporators and the T.A.S.T.E. concept, using a series of multi-effect stages with upward forced-flow recirculation and vertical tube-in-shell heaters. Each effect includes a vertical tube nest, a liquid–vapor separation chamber and a recirculation pump.
