Product Introduction
The LLY-01 medical flow rate and pressure tester is engineered for bench and inline testing of single-use injection devices. It evaluates flow rate, pressure resistance and sealing integrity of disposable syringe needles, intravenous needles, infusion needles, IV sets, anesthesia puncture kits, catheters and similar devices.

Test Principle
The instrument uses positive pressure testing: it applies a controlled water pressure to the sample and maintains that pressure for a defined duration to assess flow rate, pressure resistance and sealing performance.
