Product Introduction
The CCL-02 Medical Needle Puncture Tester measures puncture (penetration) forces of medical needles, injection needles and needle tubes by simulating penetration into polyurethane artificial skin. The system delivers repeatable force data for assessing needle sharpness and penetration resistance.

Test Principle
The device clamps the needle and a polyurethane film (artificial skin) and drives the needle through the film at a controlled speed while measuring puncture force. Results are recorded automatically to evaluate needle penetration performance.

• Peak Puncture Force: Maximum load recorded as the needle tip penetrates the test medium, correlating with needle sharpness
• Mean Puncture Force: Arithmetic average of forces applied during the entire penetration process
• Breakthrough Force: Critical force at the moment the needle tip passes through the material surface
• Sliding Resistance Force: Continuous resistance encountered as the needle shaft moves through the medium
• Pull Out Force: Maximum force required to extract the needle from the test medium
