KraussMaffei Extrusion's Roller Head extrusion line (RH) combines a two-roll calender with an extruder and a wide-slit die head to produce precisely shaped rubber sheets for subsequent processing (inner liners, plies, edge covers, squeegee strips). The system enables exact thickness control and uniform compound distribution across the entire sheet width.
