Polyurethane mixing head ColorForm

Product overview The ColorForm technology applies a scratch-resistant surface to thermoplastic parts by flow-coating the molded base body with a surface material (polyurethane PUR or polyurea PUA) in a second processing cycle. The surface material is injected directly into the cavity via the RimStar Flex ColorForm reaction process machine, enabling integrated surface finishing immediately after injection molding.
