Description
The KTN 331 is an updated version of the gate valve with body in cast CF8M stainless steel and classes available in 150/300/600/1500, ANSI sizes.
Thanks to the presence of molybdenum [Mo] in the alloy, we have greatly improved the corrosion resistance of the steel, while retaining the natural mechanical strength of stainless steel and at high temperatures. This alloy gives the valve the possibility of working with corrosive acids such as sulfuric, hydrochloric, phosphoric and nitric.
The presence of this material is very common in the food, chemical and pharmaceutical sectors.
The size range is from DN 50 to DN 500. The pressure and temperature range: API 598.
