Refrigeration system

• VIP + special polyurethane (PU) foam insulation approx. 150 mm thick for high thermal performance.
• Dual-cascade refrigeration with direct cooling design; maintains rated performance at high ambient temperatures (up to 43°C).
• Cooling components designed for replaceability and serviceability to extend service life.
• Equipped with Temperite oil separator, Tecumseh/SECOP compressors and CFC-free refrigerant.

Temperature controller

• Microprocessor-based controller with touch digital LCD for precise temperature readout and control.
• USB port allows export of three months of temperature and alarm logs.
• Optional Wi‑Fi monitoring module and dedicated software for remote supervision and data access.

Security & alarms

• Multi-condition alarms: high/low temperature, high ambient temperature, sensor error, power failure, abnormal voltage, low battery, door ajar, filter check, condenser failure.
• Buzzer and flashing alarm; remote alarm port and message alarm available as options.
• Fail-safe alarm behavior: muted buzzer will resume if fault persists; back-up battery supports alarms for ~72 h after power loss; battery-life warning before replacement.
• Keyboard lock and password protection to prevent accidental parameter changes.
• Power-on delay feature to protect site network and avoid simultaneous start-up of multiple devices after power restoration.
