Short description
  • Industrial cryogenic freezer for low-temperature treatment of bearings and metal parts
  • Selectable temperature ranges: −65°C, −80°C, −100°C, −120°C, −125°C, −135°C, −140°C, −150°C
  • Volume range: typical models 280 L to 1600 L; larger A-series available
  • Top-loading (vertical) and front-loading (chest/horizontal) configurations; electric door open/close option
  • Optional heating, programmable control and custom dimensions/capacity


Application Used for industrial cryogenic treatment to produce uniform carbide precipitation and improve wear resistance, hardness and friction properties. Typical applications: shrink fitting of sleeves and bearings for precision assembly, low-temperature testing of automotive, aerospace and defence components, display/touch-screen processing (freeze separation), demagnetization, and other precision cooling operations in manufacturing processes.
