Chest-type ultra-low temperature cryogenic freezers MR-DF-UW Series provide controlled storage down to -150°C for research, biobanking and industrial low-temperature testing. Available in two capacities (128 L and 258 L) with optional LN (liquid nitrogen) standby.

Application of Minus 150C Cryogenic Freezer
Designed for long-term storage and testing of biological materials and temperature-sensitive samples: red and white blood cells, skin, DNA/RNA, bone, bacteria, semen, biomedical products, marine samples, electronic components and specialty materials. Suitable for blood banks, hospitals, public health and epidemic stations, electronics manufacturers, university and research laboratories, military facilities and pelagic fishery operations.

Control System

• Microprocessor-based controller with adjustable setpoint range -110°C to -152°C; control resolution 1°C; digital LED temperature display.
• Keyboard lock and password-protected configuration; delayed start and safe-stop interval to prevent rapid cycling.
• Audible and visual alarms: high/low temperature, power failure, low battery, door-open, filter blockage, system fault.
• Optional temperature printer with recording capability; 72-hour backup for controller display and printer.
• Power: standard 380V/50Hz three-phase; configurable to 220V 50/60Hz single-phase.

Structure Design

• Chest-type layout with stainless steel interior and painted steel exterior panels.
• Four casters for mobility (two with brakes) and rotatable assistant door handle; top lid with key lock.
• Double-seal lid and two-stage foaming with 155 mm insulation thickness; VIP insulation option available.
• Optional accessories: chart recorder, LN standby system, storage racks and cryoboxes, remote alarm system.
