Description

RoboTrex 96, Automation zero point clamping system
pneumatic
This version of the automatic zero point clamping system is compatible with the RoboTrex 96 automation system. With a repeat accuracy of less than 0.005 mm, the zero point clamping system guarantees maximum precision and consistently high production quality. The zero point clamping system is pneumatically actuated via the interface on the robot gripper, but can also be controlled by the machine tool. The 96 mm zero point grid allows the Makro•Grip® 125 5-axis vise to be mounted. Thanks to the four clamping studs in its bottom, the zero point unit guarantees a quick and uncomplicated set-up process, which facilitates possible changes between automated and manual milling.
