The RoboTrex 96 automation system’s automation trolley has a storage capacity of 16 vises, which are stored vertically, in order to be picked up by the robot. When fully loaded, the maximum workpiece size is 205 x 150 x 150 mm. For the use of higher or wider workpieces, individual vise positions or complete rows can be left free or deselected via the system’s control function. Thanks to its flexibility and mobility, the automation trolley can be pre-equipped off-line regardless of location.
