RoboTrex 96, Automation System
The RoboTrex 96 automation system with a maximum storage capacity of 64 vises and workpiece weights of up to 25 kg or 45 kg covers all needs, from single-part production to larger series. It is flexible, easy-to-use and offers an excellent cost-benefit ratio. It uses flexible automation trolleys as a storage for the vises, which can be pre-equipped off-line and enable rapid re-equipping of the system without machine downtime. The standard gripper exchange interface allows the use of all RoboTrex 52 Automation components. Thanks to the intuitive operation and the pre-set system, no robotics knowledge is necessary, which keeps the training effort to a minimum and requires no specialised personnel.
