RoboTrex 52, Automation System
The RoboTrex 52 automation system, with a maximum storage capacity of 168 vises and workpiece weights of up to 12 kg, covers every need from single-part production to larger series. It is flexible, easy-to-use and offers an excellent cost-benefit ratio. It uses flexible automation trolleys as a storage for the vises, which can be pre-equipped off-line and enable rapid re-equipping of the system without machine downtime. Thanks to the intuitive operation and the pre-set system, no robotics knowledge is necessary, which keeps the training effort to a minimum and requires no specialised personnel.
