Orifice flow restrictor JEBA series

This flow restrictor incorporates multiple orifices in series, with successive orifices on the centerline and displaced from it. This forces fluid to “bend” as it passes through the unit. The combined effect is an increase in the passage size for a given Lohm rate, making the restrictor more resistant to clogging due to contamination. Additionally, having the orifices in series makes the restrictor less susceptible to cavitation.
