High Performance High Flow Reciprocating Plunger Metering Pump J-T Capacity range 186-14000lph, 6-500bar J-T series plunger metering pump is designed for flow and high pressure dosing with high performance. The Max pressure can up to 500 bars. The liquid end is coated ceramic from SS316 piston. The plunger packing seal is PTFE compressed by SS316 gland ring to grantee the high pressure and for extended life with minimal leakage. J-T pump is widely used in power plant, petroleum, chemical industry, mining, shipbuilding, light industry and etc. Features: l Flow rate can be adjusted via unique adjusting mechanism from 0-100% l The adjustment can be carried when pump is in operation or at stop l The metering reproducibility is within ±1% from 30%-100% of the maximum output l Automatic operation is achieved by variable speed drive l Special application for high temperature or low temperature is available with cooling jacket or heating jacket Materials: l Pump head: SS304,SS316 l Pump case: Cast Iron l Plunger: SS316 coated with ceramic l Packing seal: PTFE and SS316 Ring l Valves: SS304,SS316 l Valve Ball: SS304,SS316, Ceramic
