Description

Heated gas sample probe for processes with high dust levels Glass fiber filter element with especially large filter surface 2 integrated check valves: for test gas and purge gas application Purge gas is fed via the filter element into the process for back-purging Pneumatic shut-off valve closes sample gas outlet during test gas feeding or back-purging Including weather protective cover Filter housing and mounting flange can be heated up to max. 180 °C [356 °F] Easy installation and low maintenance Low dead volume Power: 230 V Material of sample-contacting parts: stainless steel, FKM, Novapress®, glass fiber heated from 0 to 180 °C, with especially large filter element outside, integrated back-purging, calibration gas feeding and shut-off possibility of the sample gas outlet, filter materials: glass fiber or ceramic The SP2600-H/C/I/BB/F sample probes are used in such cases where no pre-filter can be used for continuous sampling of gases from highly dust-loaded, high-temperature or humid processes. They can be back-purged via the filter element and the pre-filter with a closed sample gas outlet. Gas sample probe SP2600‑H/C/I/BB‑F/0,1GF190 with large external backflushable fiber‑glass filter element type S‑0,1GF190, filter porosity: 0,1 µm, electrically heated external filter from 0 to 180 °C
