Overview
The fusion of pin wheel and roller straightening technology combines the advantages of both systems to deliver reliable and fast correction of fabric distortions, including asymmetric web distortions. An infinitely variable unclipping roller minimises residual bow and edge distortions. The intelligent drive unit with dedicated control reduces product deformation and can automatically engage or disengage (for example in case of blockages). A bypass function allows passage of products that cannot be straightened with the pin wheel.
