Overview
The Orthofact RMB-15 is an automatic pin-wheel straightening system designed to correct asymmetrical distortions in textile webs. By generating defined lateral (cross) tension with freewheeling, inclined pin wheels, the unit restores distorted warp and weft threads to their intended paths, correcting wavy and S-shaped deformations before downstream processes.

Innovative pin wheel control
