Description

Overview
Compact fine-tune weft straightener designed to correct residual weft distortion in heavyweight and extra-wide textiles such as denim, carpet and technical fabrics. The unit includes skew and bow rollers as standard to allow very fine adjustment of the straightening effect while keeping overall device dimensions small. Reinforced components and bearings make the machine suitable for high mechanical loads.

Product highlights
  • Very fine metering of alignment effect
  • Heavy-duty reinforced construction
  • Working widths up to 5400 mm
  • Suitable for tensional forces up to 400 kg

Customer benefits
  • Maintains tight residual-distortion tolerances
  • Enables documentation of residual distortions
  • Reduces customer complaints through improved dimensional control
  • Supports long-term customer relationships by delivering consistent product geometry

Area of application
  • At the delivery end of a stenter
  • Sanforizing lines
  • Denim finishing
  • Technical and industrial textiles
  • Extra-wide textile processing

Variants
Orthopac GMMR: Manual straightening machine version without optical scanning system and control.

Sensors / Compatible scanners
  • Scanner TK-12 — Optoelectronic scanning
  • Scanner CK-15 — Imaging scanning
  • Scanner CTK-15 — Imaging scanning for carpets and technical textiles
