Overview
The Orthopac GRVMC -15 is a modular weft straightening and process-control system engineered for heavyweight textiles. It features a reinforced frame, heavy-duty roller bearings and larger-diameter bow and skew rollers. Scanners, electronics and the control/display station correspond to the Orthopac RVMC configuration; all scanners remain laterally adjustable.

Heavy-duty weft straightening
Designed for wide goods and dimensionally stable textiles with defined skew settings (e.g. denim, carpet). Frame, bearings and rollers are sized for high mechanical loads and high tensional forces, enabling accurate correction under heavy strain.

Design and components
The machine includes reinforced hydraulic units for precise roller positioning under high load, a solid reinforced frame and reinforced roller bearings. Bow and skew rollers are larger in diameter for stable handling. Scanners, electronics and the operator station follow Orthopac RVMC standards; scanners remain laterally adjustable. Processing speeds typically range from approx. 3 m/min (carpeting) to 250 m/min (industrial textiles), depending on material.
