OverviewThe NLG series developed by MANN+HUMMEL is an economical, modular solution for intake-air filtration across multiple industrial applications. The series offers configurable lengths and diameters and three main variants to match dust load and installation constraints. NLG Pico is a single-stage design for low dust loads; NLG Piclon adds a tangential pre-separation stage for medium dust loads; NLG Pico with DualSpin pairs the Pico element with an external cyclone pre-separator for high dust loads.

Powerful detailsModular system for excellent flexibilityThe NLG modular design provides four diameters combinable with three housing lengths to create 12 base variants. This allows adaptation to space constraints and dust-load requirements: short housings for standard use, longer housings and elements for increased service intervals. Standard duct connections and a simple bracket mounting facilitate retrofit and replacement.
Perfect for extreme conditionsThe DualSpin pre-separator option is tailored for high dust and harvesting conditions. It delivers pre-separation efficiency above 84 % while reducing pressure drop compared to the tangential Piclon design. The antistatic pre-separator housing and large flow cross-sections minimise clogging and are suitable for organic particle separation. Guiding vane inserts cover flow rates from 18 to 50 m³/min.
