Compact air cleaners for tight installation spaces
IQORON air cleaners provide high airflow capacity in compact housings for applications with limited installation space. The series includes two-stage and single-stage designs to match different dust loads and pressure-drop requirements.

Product variants

• IQORON: Two-stage unit with scavenging pre-separation achieving >95% pre-separation efficiency; final separation efficiency > 99.99%.
• IQORON-V: Two-stage unit with dust discharge valve (optionally scavenging); up to 90% pre-separation efficiency; final separation efficiency > 99.99%.
• IQORON-S: Single-stage unit designed for low flow resistance and single-stage applications; final separation efficiency > 99.97%.

Compact design and temperature resistance
The compact housings enable installation in confined and complex spaces. Polyamide reinforced with glass fiber increases temperature resistance: continuous operation typically from −40 °C to +100 °C, with short-term peaks up to +120 °C depending on the model. Service access is front or side depending on the variant and mounting orientation.

Filter technology and service life
The CompacPleat filter element, available with single- or double-bellow technology, is the core of IQORON. The linear airflow through the element increases usable filter surface compared with conventional elements in the same installation envelope, resulting in higher power density and longer service life. The element is metal-free and fully incinerable; several models include a reusable removal frame.

Accessories
For IQORON-V (side servicing concept) specially developed intake hoods are available in three variants per filter size to optimise flow to the multi-cyclone pre-separator and preserve pre-separation efficiency and filter life. Standardised accessories support economical adaptation to installation conditions.
