Overview
For decades MANN+HUMMEL has developed and manufactured tailor-made air cleaner systems for passenger-car applications. Solutions range from single filter-element housings to complete air cleaner systems with dirty- and clean-side ducts and integrated acoustic measures. Systems protect engines from small 3-cylinder units up to large V12 layouts and include multiple functional integrations to meet OEM requirements.

Further information / Application highlights
Flexline technology enables solutions for very tight and complex installation spaces. Applications include vortex generators to ensure optimum airflow to the air-mass sensor and a particularly stable sensor signal. Flexline solutions have been applied in series production for passenger-car OEMs.
