Overview
Tight installation spaces and high air flow rates are not in conflict for the IQORON two-stage air cleaner. The flexible designs of this series allow a number of possibilities for various applications. Complementary single-stage air cleaners of this range are designed for applications where a low pressure drop is required.

Product variants (high level)

• IQORON: Two-stage air cleaner with very high pre-separation and scavenging options.
• IQORON-V: Two-stage air cleaner; up to 90% pre-separation efficiency with dust discharge valve; available with different service concepts (front or side servicing depending on model).
• IQORON-S: Single-stage air cleaner designed for stationary applications with light dust loads offering low flow resistance.

Powerful in the smallest space
Due to compact designs and the use of polyamide reinforced with glass fiber, the IQORON series achieves higher temperature resistance compared to similar air cleaners. Typical continuous operating temperature range: -40 °C to +100 °C, with short-term peaks up to +120 °C. The inline air flow design enables flexible mounting and easy front or side servicing depending on variant.

High filter performance, maximum service life
The core of the IQORON series is the CompacPleat filter element (single or double bellow technology). For the same installation space the CompacPleat element provides a considerably higher filter surface area, resulting in high power density and long service life. The element is metal-free and fully incinerable; a reusable removal frame is available for a number of models.

Powerful details and components

• Main element: CompacPleat filter element with large filter surface area for long service life in tight installation spaces; enables linear air flow through the air cleaner.
• Secondary (safety) element: Provides additional reinforcement and protection during main element servicing; positioned downstream of the filter element and equipped with a radial seal to prevent ingress of dirt during servicing.
• Pre-separator: Highly efficient multi-cyclone block for heavy dust loads; removable and cleanable (compressed air or washing) if required.
• Installation features: Integrated through-holes for quick mounting on certain models; threaded inserts available as option for others, accelerating first installation.
• Service switch / indicator: Integrated M10x1 threaded connection for a service switch or indicator to monitor dirt level; if unused the connection is dust-sealed using the supplied protection cover.

Accessories and adaptation
For models with side servicing concept, specially developed intake hoods are available in multiple variants per filter size. These intake hoods are engineered to ensure optimal flow to the multi-cyclone cells and to preserve pre-separation efficiency and filter service life. Standardized accessories enable economical adaptation to different installation conditions.
