Overview
The compact ENTARON HD two-stage air cleaner is approximately one third smaller than comparable air cleaners with similar separation efficiency, offering a reduced installation footprint. The ENTARON CD is the single-stage alternative, intended for stationary applications with low to medium dust loads (e.g. compressors, generators). Compared with the previous Europiclon range, installation space is reduced while maintaining low flow resistance.

Powerful details
The housing comprises three plastic parts joined by a special welding process; the gasket in the cover protects against water ingress and prevents hot engine-compartment air entering the intake. The housing design adapts to most installation situations: inlet orientation can be configured and fixed via through-holes or threaded inserts. Options include mirrored raw-air inlet configuration and welded clean-air outlet variants (e.g. 90° elbow, MAF connection, inch and metric fittings).

The ENTARON HD achieves excellent separation efficiencies through effective tangential pre-separation and high-performance filter media, despite the small installation space. It is prepared for MAF sensor integration; the secondary element features a key-lock to ensure correct installation position and optimal signal quality.

Power train & filter element details
The advanced filter media provides high separation performance and extended service life. Main and secondary elements are metal-free and fully incinerable. Design features include a center tube fixed to the housing to protect the secondary element and prevent incorrect installation or unintended removal. Comfort fasteners are snap-in and color-coded to simplify maintenance and avoid pinching.
