MECLAB is an accurate and flexible instrument suitable for measuring the diameter of cylindrical components, shafts rubber rollers, turned or ground components, hard metal tools. MECLAB is an accurate Laser Micrometer, designed to be used off-line, as a bench-top flexible gauge, to check a wide range of pieces, with different shape and size, such as: small shafts, parts machined by lathes or grinders, rubber rolls, hard metal tools ... - It measures diameter and ovality, run out, edge position, gap between parts, taper, throats and peaks, cutting diameter, etc. - It checks tolerances by comparing the actual dimensions to the programmed limits. - Measurement reports are printed out. - Simple and effective statistics are performed on measured data. - All results are stored in the memory and can be down-loaded to a remote Computer.
