Product overview:
The CKA-M series horizontal CNC lathe is a flat-bed machine controlled on Z and X axes. It performs automated turning operations on large shafts and discs: internal and external cylindrical surfaces, conical surfaces, arcs, end faces, grooving, chamfering, and various thread types (metric, imperial, face, tapered). Equipped with CNC systems from FANUC or Siemens for repetitive machining cycles, it is well suited to high-volume production and machining of complex, high-precision parts.

Machining range:
Bed swing diameter: Ø1000 / Ø1250 mm (models CKA61100M / CKA61125M). Workpiece length options: 1500, 2000, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000 mm. Max cutting lengths correspond to the selected workpiece lengths.
