Description

Product overview:
The DT-series slant-bed CNC lathe is a heavy-duty turning center with an integrally cast bed and 45° inclined guideways for high rigidity. Equipped with FANUC 0i-TFPLUS (or equivalent) control and AC servo drives, the machine supports multi-process machining in a single clamping for shafts and discs.

Machining range:
  • Bed swing diameter: Ø480 mm — Ø680 mm (depending on model)
  • Max. turning diameter (shaft/disc): up to Ø500 mm (model dependent)
  • Max. turning length: 300 mm — 1100 mm depending on variant
  • Spindle speed: up to 5,000 rpm on selected models
