confocalDT IFS2407 sensors are designed for high precision measurement of distance, roughness and thickness.
Confocal chromatic sensors with high numerical aperture, a small light spot diameter and tolerance for large measurement angles, enabling roughness measurements.
Sensors deliver nanometer accuracy and are available in multiple variants for different measuring ranges and applications.
