Product overview
The Series 72 flow-control servovalves are throttle-style valves for 3- and preferentially 4-way applications. They feature a two-stage design covering a rated flow range of 95 to 225 l/min (25 to 60 gpm) at 35 bar (500 psi) valve pressure drop per spool land. The output stage is a closed 4-way spool. The pilot stage is a symmetric double-nozzle-and-flapper driven by a dry torque motor with double air gap. Mechanical feedback of spool position is provided by a cantilever spring.
