Product overview
Pneumatic J814 Series servo valves are responsive and precise 3-way and 4-way pneumatic servo valves intended for pressure/power control, vibration control and position control in pneumatic systems. The 3-way versions can also be applied where vacuum is used.

The 3-way valves are single-stage and offered in standard and high-flow versions. The standard type has a rated flow of 1 ～ 50 NL/min at a valve pressure drop of 0.5 MPa; the high-flow version reaches up to 200 NL/min. A pair of nozzles and a flapper are driven by a torque motor with air gaps, providing a simple and durable design for long-term reliability.

The 4-way valves include an orifice upstream of each nozzle, providing two control ports. These single-stage valves have a rated flow of 1 ～ 14 NL/min at a valve pressure drop of 0.5 MPa.
