Overview
ShakerWatch by Motionics is an iPad-based wireless vibration measurement and analysis tool designed for vibratory screens and shale shakers. It uses a tri-axial accelerometer with a magnetic base to attach to test points and measure motion in three directions. Bluetooth Low Energy connectivity eliminates cables and connectors to improve safety, ease of use and durability.

Key Capabilities
ShakerWatch performs X-Y orbit tests with automatic calculations for RPM, G-force, stroke and angle. The system also supports bump tests, side displacement testing and support-structure vibration tests to evaluate shaker performance and machine condition over time.
