UL 94 Chamber, also named Horizontal Vertical Flame Chamber, is designed for the flammability testing of plastic material used in electric devices and appliances. Referenced test standards of the UL chamber including UL94, IEC 60695-11-10, IEC 60695-11-20, IEC 60707, ISO 1210, ISO 9772, ISO 9773, ASTM D635, ASTM D3801 ASTM D4804, ASTM D4986, ASTM D5048, etc. The Horizontal Vertical Flame Chamber consists of: • A compact chamber with a standard volume of 0.75 cube meters, can be placed on any bench. • An anti-corrosion black coating on the interior chamber wall for observation of tests. • A full-open tempered glass door for observation and quick installation of the specimens. • A fume extraction device on the top of the test chamber, rapid exhaust combustion gas after tests. • Remotely control for in-chamber event timing, with a timing resolution of 0.1s. • Equipped with a standard Bunsen burner, in accordance with ASTM D5207, it can provide 50W, 500W flame. • Flame calibration kit, K type thermocouple, diameter in 0.5mm, with a resolution of 0.1 °C. • Flame height measuring gauge. • Sliding burner carriage, with angle adjustment (0°, 20°, 45°). • Precise gas regulator and pressure gauge. • A mass flow meter is used to control the methane gas supply to the burner. Digital display the flow gas flow.
