Description

The Oxygen Index (OI) gives us an accurate way of measuring the minimum concentration of oxygen percentage, that will just support the material flaming under a constant airflow and ambient temperature. MOTIS’s latest Auto Oxygen Index Tester helps the user to perform a oxygen index test in a quicker, more accurate, and easier method. • Auto flow control. • Auto concentration adjustment. The Auto Oxygen Index consists of: • A compact integrated body tester. • A heat-resistant glass tube, dimension of φ 75 by 500mm in height. • The glass tube is clamped by mechanical arm for motorized lifting. • Oxygen concentration transducer, with the following characteristics: a) Measurement range of 0 to 100% b) Linearity less than 0.1% c) Repeatability less than 0.1% d) Intrinsic error less than 0.1% e) Zero stability less than 0.1% O2 per week f) Response time T90 less than 3 secs at the flow of 80ml/min. • Digital display of oxygen percentage, resolution at 0.1% • Mass flow meters for oxygen and nitrogen flow control. • Digital display of oxygen and nitrogen flow, resolution at 0.1 L/min. • Auto zero & span calibration. • Auto gas concentration & flow adjustment. • Stainless steel made specimen holders. • Portable flame igniter, easy to use.
