Overview
The Nuvo-11160GC is a rugged, wide-temperature edge AI platform built on the IntelAE CoreAE Ultra 200S series processor with support for NVIDIAAE RTX GPU cards up to 150W. It targets demanding edge AI applications across fixed and mobile deployments in indoor and outdoor environments, including AI-driven vision inspection, video analysis and autonomous mobile robots. The system provides high-performance density, comprehensive I/O connectivity and a compact form factor for space-constrained deployments.

Key features

• Supports IntelAE CoreAE Ultra 200 Series (LGA1851) 35W and 65W CPUs (including Core Ultra 9 285/285T, Core Ultra 7 265/265T, Core Ultra 5 245/245T).
• Supports NVIDIAAE RTX series GPU up to 150W (PCIe x16 cassette; max GPU dimension 178 mm L x 128 mm W, dual-slot allocation).
• Rugged wide-temperature operation: designed for -25b0C to 60b0C operation (depending on CPU/GPU configuration and TDP).
• Extensive I/O: 5x 2.5GbE + 1x 1GbE (screw-lock), optional 10GBASE-T, optional PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at) for ports 3 6 with 100W total PoE budget.
• 8x USB 3.2 Gen2 Type-A ports and 1x internal USB 2.0 Type-A.
• 4-CH isolated DI and 4-CH isolated DO for industrial digital I/O.
• Video outputs from integrated graphics: 1x HDMI (3840 x 2160) and 2x DisplayPort (4096 x 2304).
• Storage: 2x internal SATA for 2.5" HDD/SSD (RAID 0/1) and 1x M.2 2280 M-key NVMe socket (PCIe Gen5 x4).
• Expansion: 1x PCIe x16 (Gen4) in cassette for GPU, 2x full-size mini PCIe sockets and 1x MezIOAE expansion port for I/O modules.
• Ruggedization: segregated cassette thermal design with upgraded GPU cooling fan; vibration and shock compliance (MIL-STD-810H with optional damping bracket).

MezIOAE expansion and optional I/O modules
The patented MezIOAE interface enables flexible I/O expansion for application-specific functions. Example modules (supported):

• MezIOAE-U4 E28094 adds 4x USB 3.1 ports.
• MezIOAE-G4 E28094 adds 4x GbE ports.
• MezIOAE-D330 E28094 adds 16-CH DIO.

• Optional accessories include damping bracket assembly (Dmpbr-Nuvo9160 compatible) and GPU bracket kit (AccsyBx-Cardholder-11160GC-xx), cable wafer and external 600W AC/DC power adapter (PA-600W-ENC).

Notes
Special wide-temperature operation (sub-zero) requires wide-temperature rated HDD/SSD/NVMe. The platform combines Intel Core Ultra 200S compute, integrated Intel Xe graphics and integrated NPU for AI acceleration.
