Utilized for the de-hairing of: • Feet & Heads of Beef, Pigs & Sheep (in case of animals with wool the product must be free of wool before using the machine) • Piglets Ideal also for the treatment of the following products: • Beef & Pig Ears • Pork Tails DETAILS STANDARD SERIES CENTRIFUGES • The machines are made of stainless steel AISI-304, including the electrical cabinet • The machines have polished stainless steel • The machine is completely wired together, requiring only the final connections to the main power source • Supplied with a manual loading lid without any pneumatic aid • Pneumatic Unloading Door • Variable Speed Drive (VSD) controlling the plate rotation • All cleaning phase and water inlet are manual • Pneumatic pistons to open upper chamber (except mod.10, which is manual) • The de-hairing machines model D built with a double insulate chamber. (except mod. D35) • The machine does not produce hot water OPTIONAL: Pneumatic Loading Lid May install a semi-automatic electrical control panel with a PLC Pneumatic pump to separate the wastewater (link) Pneumatic pump to separate the wastewater Water Recycling System Data recovery (only with Siemens PLC)
