Overview
PERI UP Flex is a highly flexible modular scaffolding system designed for industrial and construction projects requiring metric adjustability and high occupational-safety standards. The system uses a primary 25 cm grid, with 50 cm elements available to adapt field lengths and widths. A broad range of ledgers and decks starting at 25 cm enables directional changes of decking during installation to fit complex geometries. PERI UP Flex complies with EN 12810 and EN 12811.

Performance details
UDG industrial decking is engineered for high loads: up to 200 cm length the permissible load is 10.0 kN/m²; for longer lengths permissible loads reduce to 7.5 kN/m² or 5.0 kN/m² depending on span. Examples: steel deck 25 x 250 cm up to load class LK5; steel deck 25 x 300 cm up to load class LK4.

Intended for use as working and protective scaffold in industrial sites, maintenance, plant construction and other projects where adaptability to site geometry and occupational safety are essential.
