Overview
Single-head copy router with manual control. Head translation is driven by an indirect lever for controlled profiling and copying operations.

Short description
Axis movement runs on ball-bearing bars and bushes to guarantee long-term smoothness and precision. Pneumatic horizontal clamps include a low-pressure safety device to protect the operator. Longitudinal and transverse stops referenced to metric rods, together with an adjustable depth stop, provide quick and repeatable positioning. Through machining is possible without turning the workpiece. Manually controlled touch probe accepts a three-diameter tool tip. Pneumatic microneedle lubrication (emulsified oil) supplies consistent lubricant to the tool.
