Description

Overview
The WSA model is a milling machine designed to produce ventilation and condensation drainage slots on PVC profiles. The machine runs an automatic machining cycle managed by a PLC for consistent processing and repeatability.

Features
  • Three working units; two units can operate simultaneously on two faces of the profile
  • Oblique motor adjustable from 30° to 60° with automatic right/left movement selectable by operator
  • Three high-frequency motors engineered to minimize maintenance requirements
  • PLC-controlled cycle for rapid and repeatable machining
  • No adjustments required to switch between sash and frame machining for the same profile series; easy, intuitive adjustments when changing series
