Overview
Single-head copy router with manual control. Pneumatic locking of the head downward movement and head translation via an indirect lever provide controlled engagement and repeatable positioning for machining operations.

Main functions
Movement of axes on bars with ball-bearing bushings ensures long-term smoothness and precision. The clamp-table rotation system enables rapid 90° rotation and positioning at intermediate angles without unclamping, accelerating and improving accuracy for machining on two faces. Through-feed operation allows machining of up to four faces without reclamping.

Clamping, safety and positioning
Pneumatic horizontal and vertical clamps equipped with a low-pressure safety device for operator protection. Descent unlocking is pneumatically controlled from the handle. Longitudinal and transverse stops are referenced to metric rods for repeatable positioning.

Probing and tool handling
Pneumatic probe with six adjustable memories, pneumatic translation, and a tip with three diameters aligned with the tool for fast and precise machine referencing. Spindle locking button for safe tool changes. Pneumatic tool lubrication via micro-mist (emulsified oil). Adjustable PVC clamp jaws operable without spanners.
