The RF 3000 is a trimming machine designed to trim PVC and aluminium frames and profiles in a single step while keeping the workpiece fixed on the workbench. It enables operators to process large frames with autonomy and safety and is normally positioned at the end of welding and cleaning processes.

Description
The RF 3000 features an automatic combined-action profile clamping system ensuring precise frame positioning. Cutting measurement is set by a manual handwheel (optional automatic positioning). The handwheel is fitted with a decimal numeric indicator. Blade feed is driven by a geared motor with pinion-and-rack transmission (optional inverter for feed speed control). The cycle starts automatically once clamps are closed, the frame is locked and both start buttons are pressed.
