Performs out-of-square milling from -45° to +45°. Integral work zone protection and a scratch-proof work table ensure consistent part handling. Feed movement runs on recirculating ball bearing guides and pads to maintain smoothness and precision over time. A self-braking motor and pneumatic horizontal and vertical clamps with a low-pressure device enhance operator safety. The revolver depth stop offers 6 adjustable positions. Pneumatic micro-mist (emulsified oil) tool lubrication and the integrated cutter unit magazine speed up the machining cycle. Conveyed chip evacuation keeps the work area clean.
