Description

Product Overview The SFL-300 Sauce Filling Machine is an automated filling line designed for high-viscosity, particle-containing and fibrous sauce products. Offering servo-driven piston metering and optional rotary pump metering, it supports accurate quantitative filling of tomato sauce, chili sauce, mayonnaise, honey, jam, chocolate sauce, peanut butter, bean paste, sesame paste, hot pot base and similar products. Constructed from food-grade stainless steel and controlled via PLC/HMI, the SFL-300 ensures consistent filling performance and easy operation.

  • High-Precision Piston Metering: servo-driven piston pump for accurate stroke control and stable filling accuracy of ±0.5% ~ 1%.
  • Optional Rotary Pump Metering: suitable for particle-containing or fibrous sauces (meat/vegetable pieces); low shear preserves particle integrity.
  • Anti-Drip Nozzles: standard anti-drip/suck-back nozzles prevent stringing and dripping, keeping containers and conveyors clean and reducing product waste.
  • Hopper Agitation: slow-speed scraper or spiral agitator to continuously mix hopper contents, preventing layering, sedimentation and bridging.
  • Heating/Insulation (Optional): hopper and pipeline heating/insulation maintain flowability for high-viscosity or heat-sensitive products.
  • PLC Touchscreen Control: HMI with digital volume setting, multiple recipe storage and one-touch recall for efficient changeovers.
  • All-Stainless Steel Construction: product-contact parts in 304/316L stainless steel compliant with food hygiene standards; corrosion-resistant and easy to clean.
  • CIP Online Cleaning (Optional): pipeline and filling head cleaning without disassembly to reduce cleaning and changeover time.
